1/2 cup Venchi cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
For the BBQ sauce:
1 cup tomato puree
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 oz. Venchi extra dark chocolate
Yields: 6 servings
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Directions
For the BBQ sauce
In a saucepan, gently heat all ingredients.
Whisk and stir, so nothing sticks to the bottom. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
BBQ sauce is done. Let it cool, and it’s ready to serve.
For the fried chicken
In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Make sure the ingredients are well combined.
Now prepare the chicken.
Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
Beat two eggs in a bowl. This will be the glue for the batter.
Dip the chicken tenders first in the beaten eggs. Make sure the chicken is completely coated. Shake off any excess.
Next, dip the egg-covered chicken in the flour batter. Again make sure the chicken’s completely covered.
Place the chicken on a plate. Repeat until all chicken tenders are ready for frying.
Heat oil in a large saucepan. When it’s hot, you can add the chicken. Test the oil by throwing in a pinch of the flour batter. It should sizzle.
Fry the tenders until cooked—about 5 minutes on each side.
Place the fried chicken on a paper napkin-covered plate to remove any excess oil.
Serve the fried chicken with chocolate BBQ sauce, and enjoy!

Ingredients
3 cups top-quality fish stock
1 cup dry white wine (we recommend Sauvignon Blanc)
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 celery sticks
14 oz. risotto rice
7 oz. fresh crab meat
1 oz. Venchi white chocolate
2 tablespoons finely chopped dil
Yields: 4 servings
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Directions
Add the fish stock into a saucepan. Turn up the heat and let it gently simmer.
In a new pan, add the oil, onions, garlic, and chopped celery. Keep on low heat.
Once softened, it’s time to add the rice. Lightly fry the rice and keep stirring.
When the rice becomes translucent, pour in the wine and keep stirring.
Turn the rice down to a simmer. Keep adding a ladleful of fish stock to the rice.
Let the stock get absorbed by the rice before adding a new ladle.
Keep adding ladlefuls of stock for about 15 minutes.
Add the crab meat a few minutes before the rice is finished.
Then, take off the heat.
Finely grate the white chocolate onto the risotto. Next, stir in the finely chopped dill.
